At EBM Machining we follow a five step sequence when producing a CNC part: 

1. 1.     Interpret-Our certified programmers and machine operators interpret engineering drawings and follow the specifications
   2.     Generate -a process and program (logical process plan) with a CAD/CAM system and/or G and M-codes
   3.     Set up- the tooling, work holding device and work piece on the CNC milling centre
   4.     Manipulate- cutting conditions, based on the properties of the material and tooling used
   5.     Inspect the accuracy of dimensions within the specified tolerance ultimately maintaining your production running safe and efficiently .
